You will find two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, closet and guest toilet, as well as a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area. The wind-protected terrace offers magnificent sea views, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. The property offers free fiber optic Wi-Fi and is located in a very quiet area, ideal for remote work. Behind the apartment, there is a private storage room for sports equipment such as kites, sails, surfboards and bicycles. Assembled sails can be stored in the storage room. Private parking in the garage is accessible directly from the apartment. Bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing set are included.
