Super nice apartment with 100 m² living space including 30 m2 terrace directly on the surf and kite beach of El Médano. 2 spacious bedrooms with wardrobes, 1 bathroom, wardrobe and toilet, large living room with, fully equipped open kitchen and dining area. The apartment also has a terrace of approx. 30 m², sheltered from the wind, with magnificent sea views, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. This property also offers free fiber optic WiFi, and is in a very relaxing area ideal for teleworkersa. Furthermore, directly behind the apartment there is a private storage room for sports equipment (kite, wing, surf, bicycles). Rigged Sails can be stored in the storage room. The private parking space in the garage is directly accessible from the apartment. As usual, bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hair dryer and an ironing set are included.
