The condo is located in The Summit at Granby Ranch, a quiet resort community with ski-in/ski-out access in the winter and direct proximity to golf and hiking in the summer. From the front door, you’re just steps from chairlifts, trailheads, and scenic views in every direction.
For dining, you’ll find casual and locally loved spots like Bluebird Bistro, Brickhouse 40, and Granby Garage Roadhouse just minutes away. Lina’s Pizza is perfect for a cozy night in, and Grand Elk Grille offers golf course views and great seasonal fare.
Need gear or groceries? Granby has several convenient shops including Granby Market, City Market, and local rental shops for ski and outdoor gear.

Guests will have full private access to the entire condo during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the fully stocked kitchen, living room with wood-burning fireplace, dining area, and private balcony with seating and mountain views.
Guests also have access to shared amenities throughout Granby Ranch, including:

Hot tubs (including one located just steps from the condo)

Shared coin-operated laundry room (detergent and coins not provided)
Free parking near the building (first-come, first-served)
To use the pool, hot tubs, gym, or sauna, you’ll need the keycard on the purple lanyard hanging by the front door inside the condo. Please do not lose or misplace the keycard, as a replacement fee will apply.
There are no shared spaces inside the unit, and no areas are off-limits to guests. You’ll enjoy the entire space to yourselves, with Sweetheart Stays just a message away if you need anything during your stay.

Enjoy a bright and inviting living space with a real wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, and plush seating, including a queen-size pull-out sofa. Large windows let in natural light and frame the scenic mountain views. Cozy mountain-inspired decor and a blanket ladder add just the right touch of warmth and charm.
Kitchen + Dining
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home: a Keurig coffee maker (drip and pod compatible), electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, full-size fridge and freezer, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, spices, and cooking oil. The dining area seats four comfortably at the island, making it the perfect spot for breakfast or a late-night board game.
Bedroom 1
This bedroom features a queen bed with 100% white cotton linens, a Smart TV, blackout window coverings, personal fan, and a pack ’n play stored in the closet for guests traveling with little ones. It also has direct access to a full private bathroom.
Bathroom 1 (ensuite)
A full bath with a shower/tub combo, plush white towels, black makeup towels, and a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Bedroom 2
A second cozy queen bedroom with mountain views, glass door access to the balcony, white cotton bedding, curtains, and a fan for airflow. This room also has its own private full bathroom.
Bathroom 2 (ensuite)
A spa-inspired space with a fully tiled walk-in shower and a teak bench, perfect for a post-ski wind-down. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided here as well.
Private Balcony
Step outside to enjoy sweeping mountain views and fresh alpine air from your private balcony. There’s a small table and seating, ideal for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.

Everything is designed to make you feel at home — from the scent of essential oils when you walk in, to the thoughtful touches throughout the space.
Granby is a small mountain town, so having a car is recommended for getting around and exploring the area at your own pace.
The property includes free parking just outside the building (first come, first served).
If you’re visiting during the winter months, we strongly recommend bringing a vehicle with four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. Snowy and icy road conditions are common, and a capable vehicle will make your stay safer and more enjoyable.
If you're arriving by train, the Amtrak station in Granby is just 5 minutes away and connects to Denver Union Station via the California Zephyr route. You’ll still need a car or taxi from the station to the condo.

Ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) are limited in the area, especially during peak seasons. If you won’t have your own vehicle, please plan ahead by arranging a rental or shuttle service in advance.
No pets allowed. We love animals, but this unit is kept allergen-free for guest comfort.
No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the property or on the balcony.
No A/C: Like most mountain homes, this condo does not have air conditioning. Ceiling fans and the cool alpine air keep things comfortable, even in the summer.
Laundry: The laundry room is shared and located outside of the unit. Machines are coin-operated. Guests must bring their own detergent and quarters.
Hot tub etiquette: Please shower before using the hot tubs to help keep the water clean for everyone. Your keycard provides access to the hot tubs, indoor pool, sauna, and gym located at the main entrance of Granby Ranch.

Wildlife watching: Keep an eye out for moose, deer, and even the occasional bear. Always store trash securely inside the provided bins in the parking area.
