This property was very clean and nicely appointed for the most part, and the owner was very responsive and cooperative with our requests. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, pool. The facility in general is a little outdated but everything is incredibly clean. A couple of negatives that I think people should be aware of if you're thinking of booking this unit. It is on the ground floor, situated in the back of the facility and faces the parking lot so not too much of a view, and in general the back parking lot is not kept up as nicely as the front grounds. Also, there is no AC in the unit, but there are two fans that cool fairly well. You can open the only side of the window that actually opens in the evening to get some fresh air but if you leave the blinds open, there is a street light in the parking lot that faces the window and is pretty annoying when you're trying to sleep. The pull away couch is fairly useless because it has a large bar that digs into your back, like most of them do, which is incredibly uncomfortable. For that reason, both of us slept in the Murphy bed which was very comfortable. I would say the unit really only sleeps one or two people comfortably. One last note. If you go here on the weekdays, be aware that many of the restaurants in town AND the restaurant at the lodge itself is closed Monday through Wednesday. However, there is a lovely bar in the lodge that makes great drinks and has yummy snacks.

This was a great place to stay and I would definitely return! The hotel/inn itself is a bit on the older side, could use some updates but the apartment itself was very clean and organized and modernized. We had everything we needed in this room. The pool deck and hot tubs on site were really nice (stayed in summer). It is very close to the grocery store, the town of Granby, and many nearby outdoor adventures! The owner was very quick with getting back to me when I had questions.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The check-in at front lobby was fast and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint would be the outside lawn on the front and backside of the building looks terrible. Everything else looks maintained even for how old the resort is.

Great Studio, Everything You Need

Really great location, the perfect little studio with a stocked kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and all the little things of home. Communication with owners is also top notch. Would definitely encourage a stay here while you’re exploring Granbys outdoors.
