"Stayed at the property to attend an event nearby. The Property is great with Golf, Watersports and skiing nearby. Did not know about Granby, CO but would return to visit. The unit would be great for an extended stay for a family."

"This spacious house with lovely views is great for families. The 10 of us enjoyed staying for a 2nd time. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a group. A disappointment was that the ice maker still doesn’t work and the freezer is not cold enough for ice cream and similar frozen foods."

Luxury, True Ski in/Ski Out Condo at Granby Ranch; by Winter Park & Grand Lake

"It was good! We want to come back in the Winter. The pool seemed like too much of a pain to pay extra etc. Some of the other guests were super loud so that took our experience down a bit. Appliances were great. Very cozy place"

"This was a beautiful home that was very well-suited for a large, multifamily group. The beds were comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised how well-equipped the kitchen was! We love to cook our meals, so having a crockpot, instant pot, waffle maker, and stock pot, etc was super convenient! We only had to bring the food! The children loved the upstairs media room, and the adults loved the comfortable and airy living room with the great views out the back windows! For anyone who wants quick and easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park (the house is a 25-minute drive from the West Entrance, which is far less busy than the East side), this is a great option! There was also a grocery store only a few minutes away. We enjoyed the dining options in nearby Grand Lake as well, when we were exhausted from a day in the park and wanted to grab dinner. There are a couple of great ice cream places in Grand Lake as well, and some great trailheads for kids! There were 3 small maintenance issues we encountered in the house (sliding screen door off the track, ceiling fan programming issue, and a couple of the windows wouldn't open), but maintenance was fairly responsive and offered instructions/remote help with them. The only thing I would suggest would be to have a local maintenance person who can come onsite if needed to address issues. Overall, this was a great experience, and we loved the house and our stay there!"

"Thank you, Brad, for a wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-taken care of property! The location is perfectly situated close enough to town to enjoy the activities and amenities there while also being far enough away to have a clear view of the clear, mountain nighttime stars and quiet. Ample space for a multi-generational large family. Lots of little amenities at the property also that just makes traveling easier like coffee pods, hot chocolate, basic spices, kitchen and dishwares of various sizes and varieties for a large family dinner, bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, freezer ice maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, lots of extra bedding, pillows, and fans. 3 smart TVs and a fourth one (upstairs in the loft) that has an HDMI for a smart stick (like a Roku Stick). The hot tub was amazing also. Thank you for being accommodating with pets also. We had a great stay overall! [Pics view from back patio]"
