"Very nice to haves ride to cruise port."

"Hairs and debris all over the room, it obviously hadn’t been cleaned before we entered. AC unit didn’t work well. It was either always off or always on. Bathroom fixtures were coming off the walls. Toilet seat was worn and desperately needed to be replaced."

"Horrible place to stay. As soon as we walked into the room, we could see it was a dump. Windows were broken, A/C whistled, there was hair, dust, and debris in the shower. We asked for a different room and were told that we were stuck with it. Walls are paper thin and right next to the stairs. We could hear the people upstairs banging on the floor. The single positive note is that we only stayed one night."

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the location was perfect for what I needed. A unique experience that I enjoyed very much."

"The hotel is located in a good area near stores and restaurants. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the room was Ok needs a little touch up work some of the wallpaper is detaching from the wall, the shower was nice and clean, our room had 2 separate beds one of the blankets was stained clean but stained. Overall I would recommend this hotel mainly because it has free parking and a good safe location and very nice staff."

"It was a wonderful experience with staff that exceeded my expectations. Me and my wife ended up getting there at 10 PM and the gentleman who helped us at the front desk was kind and professional. I will absolutely stay here again when cruising out of LA."

"The front desk staff is incompetent. The hot food elements of the breakfast are horrible. Stay away from the eggs and potatoes. The sausage was flavorless but edible. Yogurt, bread and cereal was the only thing that was decent. The facility is really nice and probably good for an extended stay. It's really difficult to communicate with the staff if you don't speak Spanish."

"The bathroom could use a renovation. Our tub was majorly rusted."

"Clean room minus a few ants in the bathroom & under the tv. Service was great and conveniently located to great eats and smoke shops if that’s your thing. Great for a 4 day stay with your spouse."
