"The hotel is past its prime but the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beach outside the door was delightful for a swim"
"I really enjoyed my stay at Hillview, the apartments are nicely sized & kept in good condition, with a nice pool to cool off. What really wins for this place is the location, a few minutes walk to Grand Anse & 10 mins drive to BBC beach which is great. A bit of a steep hill to navigate but ok if you are without mobility issues. I would stay here again for sure.

I liked Grand Anse beach being across the street from the Hotel. Foodfair and shops as well as Rick's Cafe (good variety of food) are a 5 minute walk from Hotel. Convenient location for bus ride to the capital St. George's.

You can buy the same spices at the grocery store as in the pricy market. Learn the bus system. Everyone is friendly.
