"Easy check-in, convenient parking onsite being a downtown location. Comfy bed. . Excellent restaurant at the property. I think the restaurant is just A++. Attentive staff and Manager. Manager was walking around making sure everyone is taken care off. Food was great. pricing for type of restaurant and location was very reasonable. The only thing I would like to mention it's right across from Orlando Health so occasional emergency vehicle in and out of the area. thank you!"

"I did the reserve by expedía they was very explicit $167 total by night taxes included, but the hotel charged me 167+ taxes + parking($20) = $200"

"The hotel is nice I wasn’t expecting my room to be as big as it was . I got the king suite and it had a kitchen . The only thing I hated was being charged $25 a day to park my car or $30 to valet."

"No me gustó la ubicación."

"Very nice place"

"The front desk workers were probably the most unhelpful and impatient people I have run across. I travel and also run client experience teams, and this was awful. We ran into an issue where our booking via Amex was not showing at the hotel. I got in touch with Amex to resolve it, and the front desk staff offered minimal solutions or patience to resolve the issue. We had our Amex agent just relocate us to the Cambria across the street, and the front desk was 1000% better. They worked with Amex...

"Beware of surprise fees here!"

"Cuarto cómodo y amenidades en buenas condiciones."

"Our room was spacious and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and crisp white sheets. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Overall, it offered great value for the price, and I would happily stay here again."

"The floor was gross, very sticky ,the tub was discusting , Expedia you should be ashamed for rating this hoter 3 Star. The A/C WAS STUCK ON HIGH, WE WOKE UP FREEZING AROUND 2:00 AM ,nobody answered the phone I had to take out the thermistate myself. Then when they answed in the morning the took over an hour to come fix. the consol between the beds had no power,so no clock or outlets. The bathroom door almost caused my wife to fall over as it james when halway open."

"at one time this was a nice hotel. it is now very old. the door on the room did not open and close properly. like it was out of alignment. I looked under the bed and there was a layer of dust. under the bed. not worth the Price"

"Saubere Zimmer, Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Ideal für den neuer Universal Park"

"Staff were a little standoffish. Hot tub was broken but pool was great. Room was clean and shuttle to airport good."
