We really really liked the service, we came back from a long day and there was food to eat in the evening, we were so grateful to have warm food. The person in charge of the food was super nice to us and we want you to know she treated us like a king and queen and we felt special. Been on vacation to 2 weeks and she was the nicest person we met

Love the location of the facility but very crowded and a little confusing for room locations. Also an elevator was out of service during our visit - led to a longer trek to our room. Still, I would recommend this location for anyone traveling to the Grand Canyon South Rim.

Everything was amazing! The only constructive criticism i can think of (And im trying hard to find any issues) is maybe having snacks available for purchase in the evening? Giving one more dining option as Tusyan is low on food options would be nice. Oh and maybe adding grits as an option for breakfast. But really everything was wonderful, i truly cant complain.
