"Good communication through what’s up. The person welcomed us, showed the room and was very pleasant. The property have kitchen, bathroom and beds. Almost all you need except towels and bedding (?). We have been told it’s common here and offered to buy some for the same price as room itself. It’s the 1st time we encountered this in our many travels around different countries. Not having toiletries? No problem. No dish soap? Strange having a kitchen and no dish soap to clean dished, but ok. But no towels and even bedding? It wasn’t mentioned anywhere. Otherwise the stay was good. I wish we had more view of mountains from our apartment. Overall I would recommend staying here. Beautiful nature!"

"Very spacious flat and terrace. The beds were reasonably comfortable. There kitchen area is very basic and there were no soap, washing up liquid, sponges, drying rack/tea towels. Shampoo and shower gel provided but no conditioner. Had to clean the flat in the end with vacuum and cleaning utensils provided by reception, which only works for a couple of hours in the morning and evening. This was checked very quickly and efficiently. "

"Wow! The hotel is amazing! We loved everything about our stay. I highly recommend it for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, magical atmosphere, and excellent customer service. It definitely deserves a big thumbs up! We visited on White Day, and there was a lot of snow! The sauna was fantastic, and the view was breathtaking!"

"We arrived later than expected due to flight delay. Toilet roll that would last longer than overnight would have been nice. We left 2 rolls for the next family. No hairdryerAll instructions in French - so English translations would have been helpful to ensure we did what we should have on arriving and departing. Found it costly but I think it was the going rate. It was clean and bedding and towels which were an extra cost, again I think this is standard. No ssfe. Shower was great. We were a family of 3 in 8 people apartment. Good size for us. Just be aware to get to the slope does involve a long exhausting set of steps. "
