"The check was very easy, they even let us check in a few hours early. The hotel was lovely and clean, the lamp in the room didn’t work but plenty of other lights, the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so could only watch French tv. Spa area was lovely and relaxing after a busy day skiing. We had one free access per booking so definitely made use of it. The breakfast was brilliant. Hot and cold buffet breakfast so great start to the day. Location of hotel was perfect, not too far from all the lifts. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the bar area was very nice and all the staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely come again. "

"Good parking, downhill walk to go skiing, staff helpful and friendly. Only spoiled by noisy people above singing and stomping feet to singing at 11pm at night and talking very loudly at midnight with chairs being scraped and kids running around on wooden floors, also men talking very loudly at lifts/in corridor in early hours of morning several times waking everyone up leaving us all tired on following days. "

"First class hotel-friendly and helpful staff. Spacious modern rooms. Excellent spa and ski hire on site. Afternoon coffee and cakes a nice surprise. Morning transfer to slopes a real bonus as is bus stop right outside hotel for return after day on the slopes. Would recommend the hotel for a stay in La Clusaz"

"On check in told I had to pay for room as it wasn’t paid for. Paid again and then when checked back on bookings I had fully paid prior to arrival. I spoke to the lady on reception who asked me to come back in the morning for a refund as she was busy with a problem. Went back in the morning and provided her with receipts of both payments and she said she would get her superior to do it the next day. I have emailed and messaged through hotels.com and had no response. Shocking service for an error on their part. "

"Second séjour à Chamallow. Cette fois pour une semaine avec mes enfants et petits enfants, puis une semaine avec des amis. Tous ont apprécié: La disponibilité d'Anthony. L'environnement rural et tranquille du chalet, sa vue sur les Aravis. Les vastes espaces à vivre, le confort des chambres, la batterie de cuisine équipée pour un grand nombre, le baby foot, la table de ping-pong ainsi que le jacuzi et sa vue superbe sur les montagnes. En partant on a qu'une envie: y revenir.. l"
