"Room - Smaller than I'm use to but clean and a minimalist vibe. Breakfast - Fine, standard American breakfast so no complaints there but could probably chnage it up a bit as its the same thing everyday. Parking - Valet service only, guys were wonderful and hey its a nice perk, they were always so helpful with our bags, etc (we did alot of shopping lol). Pool - Fine, only spent like an half hour there. Location - Hotel is along a two way road with other hotels all next to each other, its very close to the airport, specifically the rental car drop off. That itself is a pro and great but also a con - noise from planes can be constant and will bother you if a light sleeper. Little to no traffic but behind the hotel I think is a highway, didn't bother us while in the room, didn't hear it until we went to the pool. There other rooms closer so experience can differ. Tv and Phone - Neither work, phone service wasn't available but when I had to make a call the front desk let me use their phone. The TV is something they are working on, that was alittle disappointing when chilling in the room and couldn't watch anything to unwind for the day. Staff - Friendly and efficient, we were out alot but the short interactions with them were good. Overall, a good place and happy to return if just me and/or with my sister like this trip but not with our kids - need more space with our lil busy bodies."

"This hotel has an unfortunate policy of only providing housekeeping every other day. Completely unacceptable not to mention unhygienic. I prefer taking baths and I of course had to forego my routine and do showers. Still the tub was dirty and slippery. And then when the housekeeper finally showed up to clean it wasn’t until 4:30pm. They weren’t thoughtful enough to at least clean earlier so that by the time I returned from being gone all day I would have a clean room. I won’t ever use Comfort Inn again."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel every time I visit Miami and have always had a great experience, which is why this visit was disappointing. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned. The jacuzzi area had visible shoe prints, and the shower walls had what appeared to be dried mucus, which was very unsanitary. I’ve never had issues here before, so I’m hoping this was just an isolated incident. I truly enjoy staying at this hotel and hope management can address this, as cleanliness is extremely important for guest comfort."
