"Check in was really easy and convenient. You can tell the property is a little older, but our room was massive. We had a gorgeous view of the river right outside our room. I wish we could've gone on a trip on the local paddle boat, but they have scheduled trip days and hours that didn't correspond with our trip. The sauna was nice and got plenty hot, makes for a specialty that you don't usually find in hotels. 10/10 would stay again. Lovely town too, and great antique stores for any downtime. "

"We stayed 1 night, all was well. The only small issue, was the drain in the bathtub was very slow draining( Hair build up in the drain). Other than that, all was vet good"

"This place was perfect for our little weekend getaway for a friends wedding. It was only 4 min drive from the wedding venue and easy parking. Great scenery. The place is a little bit outdated but its comfortable and clean, which is the most important. The couple running the place is super nice and accommodating. We brought our 5 month old baby last minute and it was no problem. I would definitely stay again. "

"Great location. Plenty of parking. Right on the Rock River. Very clean. Lots of outside seating on the decks. Lots of towels, though we couldn’t find them at first. They were in the dining room credenza. The house is pretty well stocked with supplies. The host is very friendly and responsive. Would stay there again."
