Tv didn’t work. No shampoo or conditioner in bottles in shower. Extremely outdated hotel. Breakfast was meh. Beds hard as a rock. Air conditioner was super loud. Only thing that was remotely okay was the pool. Warm but dirty. My granddaughter did enjoy the 1’ kids pool thank goodness.

Our stay was better than expected. We had the pool and hottub to ourselves and it was quiet and clean in our room. The breakfast had many options and was better than most continental breakfasts at a hotel.

We picked Ramada for its close proximity to UND. The lobby is nice however the rooms are in need of an update. Our air conditioning did not work well and maintenance had to fix the tv. The room was clean and we enjoyed our time in Grand Forks.

The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. When I mentioned a stained comforter, they swapped it without any fuss, which was appreciated. That said, the rooms felt a bit dated, and I noticed another comforter later that also had stains, which we just didn’t use. The service was solid, but attention to cleanliness could definitely be improved. The pool area was decent and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Figured we would give this hotel a try as it's been years since I last stayed there, lobby was clean and staff was very helpful, we have a poolside room and room was clean, the pool area had used bandaids laying on pool deck all 3 days we were on site mentioned to cleaning staff and nothing was done, the breakfast..... Walk to McDonald's. The hot food was ice cold and both mornings there was no meat, won't be returning
