"The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean."

One of the main reasons I booked the property was to be close to campus and have a way to wash my laundry. The internet was very spotty also. "The apartment was dirty and the stovetop partially worked (1 burner only) I found a piece of fried chicken in the oven, a used Qtip and hairs on the bathroom floor. I would never stay here again, unless the cleaning standards and functionality improved. "

I finally sent a message wondering why we hadn’t got any check in information…I was then informed that this rental was being rented out long term!! I had to fully pay the VRBO amount 10 months earlier and now it wasn’t available??!! He said he had another unit elsewhere and would get that ready for us! I was shocked!
