"Tried to check in 5 minutes before the check in time of 3:00p.m. and was told I would be charged $25 if I checked in early. The rooms while nice are extremely small but again, they are very nice. The room above us seemed to be having a raging dance party at around 4:30a.m. till about 6a.m. which was great as it sounded like a herd of elephants running back and forth"

"This property was chosen by pictures thinking we were getting a nice place to stay for $331 for an overnight stay. When we checked in I had to pay an additional $100 deposit so that turned into $431 for an overnight stay. The property was like staying at motel 6. Doors were off hinges, shower curtain was ready to fall off. Carpet was dirty and no sound barrier between rooms because I could hear everything around me in other rooms. The staff and breakfast were the only two things I can recommend for this place. Very disappointing for what I paid for a nightly stay!"

"The price was ok because I believe there was the Tulip Festival going on which is why the hotels in the area were so full, - however- We were there early because we had come from the other side of the state for a wedding shower. We were about an hour early for check in so the clerk at the front desk said to come back in an hour because it needed inspection. We did come back in an hour, at that time we found out that our room was not in the main building but out back in a separate building. I did not know this when I booked, however it was written on the booking receipt, so that was on me. The stairs outside going to the second floor of the annex building wiggled and made a lot of noise. The landing on the second floor also was wiggly and whenevery anyone walked by, the room shook. Also the towel rack in the bathroom was off the wall, so I'm not sure how good the inspection was. Another thing that bothered me was the plastic glasses that are next to the ice bucket were wrapped individually which is great, but the plastic they were wrapped in had little holes in every plastic glass covering. It looked like mice had gotten into the plastic. Since it was so busy, you can imagine the cluster that was breakfast. The sausage gravy she put out was not warmed up at all, she just dumped it in the container. That was really gross. The eggs and bacon ran out fast. If they new they were booked up, don't you think they should have planned for so many people having breakfast?"

"No flexibility. Check-in at 4pm despite having an empty parking lot. Claimed to be short staffed"

"Food was great for breakfast. Balcony was a disarray and the metal was broken on the side. Room was clean. Service was great. "

"Clean room, don’t count on breakfast, no closets, fridges aren’t cold, absolutely no water pressure, water temp changes on its own, very firm beds, duvet cover that doesn’t stay on."
