Excellent Stay!

This property was wonderful! It was clean, well-kept, and in a perfect location. We were able to walk to downtown and all the restaurants. The host was so responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for a fantastic trip; we will definitely be back!

Great weekend!

Amazing and Conveniently Located!

This property was amazing! It was so pretty and comfortable with everything you could need for a fun getaway! It was within walking distance of down town Grand Haven which was amazing as we could go everywhere we wanted and not have to worry about parking. Leia is an amazing host who gave a lot of awesome recommendations and great information that made our stay so much better!

Fun family weekend getaway

Grand Haven a beautiful town and this home afforded us great accommodations and the perfect location to fully enjoy our too short stay! Walk to everything - water, boardwalk, park, and downtown restaurants.

Family getaway!

My fiancé, myself and our 3 kids stayed for a long weekend and LOVED it! The house is beautiful and conveniently located by amazing places to eat and walk!

Short vacation

The location was perfect for walking or biking. It was a busy street and noisy during the day, but ok at night. We enjoyed the back patio. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with everything we needed. Driveway was narrow and sometimes hard to get in and out due to traffic. We enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the house.

Perfect all seasons location! ☀️🍁❄️🌷

We were visiting over the weekend for a wedding. Because of the prime location, we were able to walk to several restaurants, stores and beach. This property was very well maintained and extremely comfortable with several household amenities. We highly recommend this location, property owner was easy to communicate with and we look forward to another visit!

The location of this home is awesome. Just about anywhere you’d like to visit near the beach, can be done by walking/biking from the rental property. We truly enjoyed are stay, and are considering rebooking this home for next year’s Soccer in the Sand Tournament! Thanks for the stay!

Family oriented accomodations

This was a clean property with a nice walk to downtown. It was also close to 31 which was also also a plus. We would definitely come back for the next trip to Grand Haven.

Perfect family get away

We loved staying here for a summer family vacation. It was a great home base to visit area beaches, state parks, and Michigan's Adventure. The home was clean and comfortable. It is on bit of a busy street. The stairs are a bit steep, not a problem for our family, but may be a downside to people with mobility issues. We would totally stay here again.

Nice out door space

Clean well equipped place to stay. A short walk to restaurants, shops and the canal that leads to Lake Michigan. The bedrooms on the second floor are small but the beds are comfortable. The first floor is updated nicely with a comfortable living area and nicely updated kitchen and bath. We loved the outdoor space for visiting also.

Perfect little house

The house was the perfect little place for our family vacation. We enjoyed it very much. We especially enjoyed the bikes. It was so fun riding around Grand Haven. We made full use of the kitchen and found it to be very well stocked with everything we needed to make yummy food. The house was clean and comfortable. Thank you for hosting us. Weekend getaway

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house is in the perfect location. We parked our car on Friday and didn’t get back in until we left on Sunday. There’s easy access to the bike trail behind the house. It was about a 1/2 hour walk to the beach and just minutes from downtown. The house was very clean. She has a lot of extra “just in case” items like a baby gate and high chair, extra patio chairs, kitchen items, etc. The back yard is very relaxing but we mostly sat out front and watched the people go by. Very friendly neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Good location

Great location to walk to downtown grand haven. Kitchen was well stocked with all your needs. There were a lot of ant on the front porch couldnt really sit out there as they were crawling on the furniture. Cleaning company and owner lacked some in needs for the amount of people we paid for. Example only got 2 bath towels for 6 people and no sheets were given for the pull out couch. Owner sent the cleaning company over the next to provide.

Spring Getaway

Unfortunately the last day of our stay was nonstop rain so we went home early. We are in our early 70’s and both of us have a lot of arthritis so the only bathroom downstairs was an issue as well as the bed being uncomfortable. Younger people may not find this as a problem. The location has way too much traffic since it’s on the road to the beaches. We stayed here before the beaches were open. In the summer it must be bumper to bumper traffic. The house location is walkable to the beaches and restaurants which is great for families just not senior citizens.

Fam trip to GH

This was our second trip to Grand Haven. This time, we brought our two adult daughters. We spent more time out back, which has been beautified into an outdoor oasis. Loved the pergola, seating areas, and fire pit. Location wise, easy walk to downtown where all the action is. Downside is that the home sits on the main roadway, which can get quite noisy at all hours of the day. We never really sat on the front porch for this reason. Inside, the rooms are quite cramped, especially the bedrooms. None of us unpacked our suitcases and literally lived out of them throughout the week. The home appears new from the outside, but once inside, the layout lets you know that it’s quite a bit older. The stairway winds and is narrow, which makes it a bit tricky using the only restroom on the first floor when nature calls in the middle of the night.
