The absolute best waterfront views of Lake Michigan and the Grand River! Experience top-tier accommodations in this stunning condo with a view that will take your breath away! Perfect for watching the boats and ships cruise the channel from Lake Michigan. The west-facing covered patio is the place for unparalleled 4th floor views of the sunset. It has seating for at least 6 comfortably with a refrigerator freezer available so you don't have to travel far for your favorite beverage while relaxing outside. You’ll never forget the front and center seats to Grand Haven’s nightly musical fountain from the living room or patio, or take it up even higher to the roof top patio for a truly unforgettable evening..

Inside, the decor is casual yet stylish, with tasteful accents and high end finishes. It features soaring ceilings, and a spacious, open floor plan that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The living room features a wall of windows to take in the most sought after view in town and an electric fireplace to take the chill off in the evening.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, with high-end appliances, ample counter space, and plenty of storage. It’s fully equipped with everything you will need to feel at home. The dining area is a perfect space to share a meal, with the gorgeous waterfront views as your backdrop. We also offer a bar equipped with all the indispensable tools you’ll need to create your evening cocktails (or morning mimosas?)

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one bath featuring a deep jetted bath/shower combo, the other has a large walk in shower. Both bathrooms have self adjusted temperature controlled floors for your comfort.

The primary bedroom off the living area has frosted glass french doors, a queen pillow top mattress and luxury linens, en suite bathroom with large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a lounge chair that could convert to a single sleeping option. Both bedrooms have large closets with shelves and hangers provided.

For your convenience we have also furnished beach towels, card games and board games for all ages.

Your stay also includes a designated parking space in the underground garage, as well as a washer and dryer in the unit

WIFI and Roku tv provided for you while on property.

Quick Trip Away

We wanted a quick getaway from the East side of Michigan and this condo didn't disappoint. This location cannot be beaten, but the condo itself was comfortable and very clean. Would stay again, no doubt.

This was a perfect week in Grand Haven. The view from this condo is stunning. So much natural light. We loved being so close to our favorite restaurants and shops. And had the perfect view of The Musical Fountain. We would definitely stay again!!!

Great location to watch boating activity on the canal. Close proximity to beach, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful accommodations and fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms. Outdoor patio with great views of canal and even Lake Michigan. Luggage cart and luggage racks would have been appreciated. Tight underground parking.

Waterfront condo

This was our third time staying here. It is a lovely condo With a nice outdoor area but the noise level on the Main Street makes it hard to stay out on the balcony for long. Great location in terms of dining,coffee shops etc. Likely will look for a quieter place next time.

Perfect Location / Gorgeous Property

My son and I have started a tradition of visiting Grand Haven each summer. We travel from South Carolina, and really like to make each trip special. This condo is in the perfect location, directly across from the Musical Fountain, and within easy walking distance to everything wonderful about Grand Haven. The condo is beautiful, and is an ideal place to stay to enjoy the area.

The condo was decorated beautifully. The views from the balcony was amazing. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The bathrooms were immaculately clean. Soft towels, too. Very much appreciated the complementary bottle of wine and Starbucks Kcups! Such a nice touch. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great Location and Amazing Place

Views were amazing and walking to several restaurants. Highly recommend. The building is Zephor and is a business on the main level, too. That’s the confusing part since the address is not on the building. It took a few minutes to confirm it was the right building. If you have a truck or large vehicle, I’m not sure you could park in the basement garage.

Better than I imagined!

If you want a perfect location for downtown Grand Haven, this is it! Hosts were extremely responsive to my questions and the place was just beautiful. Very clean, which is super important to me. We walked to breakfast, to dinner and we just sat on our balcony for the musical fountain show. I did not realize that this condo was literally right around the corner from the Social District, which is where everything is and why I said it was even better than we imagined! Park your car in the underground garage and leave it. Enjoy the fresh air and walk (or rent a scooter from Wave Co. like we did.) It’s a blast. We absolutely 10 out of 10 recommend this condo. It’s gorgeous.

Perfect downtown Grand Haven location! There is a bit of a trade off, as this is not a peaceful and quiet spot, but a seat right above all the action. LOTS of street noise, something about GH makes people want to bring their loudest muscle cars and motorcycles and rev them down the waterfront. The fountain and concerts at the amphitheatre are crazy loud. BUT if you are inside the unit with the door closed you can't hear it at all, so it won't bother you sleeping. Walkable everywhere, a long one to the beach but still doable. Tip- bring camp chairs to sit down in the shaded grass by the water. Lots of people doing that. Bring coffee. There is a Keurig and a reg coffee maker, but no first morning supply. Bring all your toiletries, even soap for bathing, there was none provided. Everything you need to do laundry is tho! Not a spot to evenly split between two couples. The 2nd bedroom has no window and a much less comfortable bed. Great for our teenager. This unit is on the 4th floor, the top floor, so no problem with people tromping around above you. We'd stay here again if it had a king size bed, great spot.
