"When I arrived there were employees in the front office but the door was locked and I was required to call a number posted on the door. Following check in, I get to my room only to find that the room had been double booked and I opened the door on a couple, luckily everyone was decent. Their room key had been deactivated upon the activation of mine to their room and when both parties went back to the office to fix the issue, the door was locked again and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for someone to help us resolve the issue. I was in that office not even 5 min prior. Another room was assigned to me and when I got there everything was gross. The shower was more than dirty and the beds had stains and hair in the sheets… I ended up sleeping inside of my sleeping bag. I didnt even bother trying to use the shower as I feared I would be dirtier than if I didn’t shower, which is saying something because I had just played in a volleyball tournament! "
