Loved the area and Two Rivers turned out to be our favorite especially since we could walk there. The master bedroom was the best for sleeping but not so much the others. The twin bedroom has the outdoor flood light that shines in and sheets that are way too big so she just go wrapped up in them all night. Both bedrooms have plastic mattress pads which were noisy and cold. The master bathroom needs a curtain for sleepers that want it dark as the neighbors EV car that is charged right outside has a light that shines in. The house itself was what we needed. It was way too cold when we got there on Friday (set at 62) and turned the AC up but not off. You need to put a sign on the door into the garage not to lock the deadbolt. We did the one night and had a heck of a time getting it unlocked the next day, took all 3 of us. Thanks and good luck with it.
The place was clean when we arrived. Had general towels, pots & pans, & fancy soaps & shampoo in the master bath. The AC & Furnace Thermostats need maintenance as they are confusing and don’t indicate proper temp; however, they are functional. The kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced as the spray/stream button was not on it anymore. The toilet in master bath runs all the time. The front porch is set up really cool. The back door & patio need some TLC but I see a lot of potential. All & All I felt the price was fair.
The house was perfect for our stay during the Colorado Mountain Winefest. Beds were comfortable and it was so quiet in the lovely neighborhood. Plenty of room if you have multiple guests. Air conditioning was nice and cool and there are fans (pedestal fans & ceiling fans) if you like fans on at night like my spouse!
House was nice, generally well stocked. Slow to cool down on arrival day, maybe update air conditioning. It's only going to get hotter due to climate change. We thought it might be a good idea for owners/manager to out together a welcome book with important information, ie wifi password, air conditioning/swamp cooler info., appliance info. Suggest food, winery and orchard options close to the property. Something to give it more of a "welcoming" feel.
10** to neighbor who gave us a box of ripe peaches for our enjoyment and her dog Titan who came to visit us!! Perfect addition.
Property is in a mega convenient location and it’s super quiet at night. I wish we could give it more than 5 stars. The best property I’ve stayed at while passing through Grand Junction.
Solid house with all the amenities. there was no welcome folder so difficult to figure out the Wi-Fi and many lightbulbs were burned out but those were replaced after talking with the manager otherwise all good
Great little hideaway for our visit to this area to be with our daughter and son-in-law.
We enjoyed our visit at this property. The house was very pleasant and comfortable. The outdoor grill with chairs out front was excellent! We will rent again if we are out this way.
We loved this place for the convenience of location and space for everyone. Lots of room to hang out and play games. Easy to get into town and markets.
Great location close to dining, shopping, trails, and all of the amazing sites that Grand Junction has to offer. This is a beautiful older home in need of a little TLC, such as... The tub, in the hallway bathroom, would not drain so be prepared to stand in water while showering. The kitchen faucet was stuck in the spray position so you would get a shower every time you rinsed a dish. We got one key which was all we needed but a garage door opener would have been helpful. And finally both queen beds had hairs in between the sheets. But overall the home is as advertised, we had a good experience and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio.
We were in town for a wedding and this home worked perfect for our family to have a comfortable place to hang out together as well as a place to regroup between events. Very clean and roomy. Located in a quiet neighborhood giving the feeling for being home.

Great house. Very convenient location to Fruita!
We all really liked staying at the house. It was great to not only save money, but to have a place where we could all be together and have storage for bikes and our gear. No complaints! Thanks!!

Comfortable home in Grand Junction
Comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed for preparing dinner, and the outdoor grill worked great. Close to grocery and liquor store, and only about 10 minutes to downtown. Perfect place for our family weekend adventure to Grand Junction.

Wonderful!
This is a great house! The owners just bought it and have done a great job with it. There is all new furniture and freshly painted walls. The house has a well stocked kitchen and great new comfy beds. The yard is lovely and private. The owners are very responsive and kind and very welcoming. The location is perfect! Close to the beauty of the Colorado Monument and to town as well. We highly recommend this home.
