"Otter Cove is a spacious, modern house with a large mowed lawn that extends to the ocean. There are beautiful sunsets. There are also indoor ocean views from the first and 2nd floor of the house and a large outside deck that includes a fire pit area. 4 bedrooms, living room, large den and kitchen/dining area provide ample space for guests. The house is within a short drive from the ferry, the Rockefellar Estate, or a lighthouse. Teresa was an excellent host regarding quick communication and several lovely welcome treats and a greeting provided upon arrival."

The only disappointment was the metal staircase going down to the beach, It is in such bad shape that its unsafe to use - you have to use it at your own risk - a few steps were almost entirely rusted through. The information for the place emphasized the lovely beach area, so we were expecting to have safe access to it. Other than the beach access issue, I would gladly recommend this VRBO to anyone."
