The Gomerino Hotel

"From the minute we arrived the staff was amazing. Mercyline offered so much help to me with my issue with Wizz Air. She went way above what would be expected next JONAIDA has a smile that is infectious and so welcoming first thing in the morning at an incredible breakfast. But it was BHIM who stole the show! He makes the best cappuccinos anywhere in Europe!! Then, the next time you turn around, he’s making cocktails for you. he is a hard worker. He has a wonderful, charming personality and honestly felt like we made a friend. the next time in Malta we definitely will stay at the Gomerino hotel. The location is perfect. Everything is right in front of you. I highly recommend you stay here."

"We loved our time here with only a couple of issues 1. The room needed a more complete cleaning and 2. had to ask for extra towels as they only had one towel for the two of us each day. Breakfast buffet was amazing and staff were great the view was breathtaking from our room balcony"

"We were lucky enough to get a suite with a view of the harbor. The suite had a separate living room, so my sister and I each got our own space and separate air conditioning units. The suite was quite roomy with a lot of space. Hotel was fairly well located. We had an excellent view of Valletta and the entrance to the harbor. There were restaurants and shops close by and we were only a 10 min walk to the Ferry. This hotel was great and I would stay there again."

"Super nice front-desk staff, this is very important as it is always the first impression you have of the hotel. Check-in and out was very easy and seamless. Not sure if the hotel is old or just not very well maintained, but my room smelled very strongly of a musty odor which did not air out or disappear over the course of my stay, and which actually permeated my clothes after only a three night stay and travelled with me for the remainder of my vacation that I concluded in Gozo. The hotel is by the waterfront and Malta is humid, but I'm sure this cannot be the reason, otherwise all hotels in the same area would have the same issue. That being said, the hotel does give you free access to an awesome beach club across the street, and for the price you pay in this area compared to the other hotels nearby, it is an obvious choice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was fine."

"Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, the bathroom was really lovely and good toiletries. The pool is small but very nice for cooling off. There is a small bar on the roof terrace and a happy hour every evening. Breakfast was brilliant, all in all a really nice hotel which I would go back to."
