"The upstairs smelled like animal feces and urine. Stairway was very narrow and steep and hard to maneuver. Futon in living room was terribly uncomfortable. It was one of the worst nights we ever had."

"Pam was friendly and helpful. The place was just as we hoped. With the exception of the charging station. We could never get it to work. But we forgot to mention it when Pam showed up to fix the refrigerator and as efficient as she was, pretty sure she would have been able to fix it. Loved the views ..."
