"The staff was excellent. The lady at the reception area was very helpful checking us in and also informed us of many of the areas restaurants and other establishments. We ate at the hotel and the food was excellent. The staff had a very large group but was able to manage that group and all the other customers at a good pace. The only complaint I have is the shower. The shower head had all these useless gadgets (such as color in the shower head) - but one couldn't keep the shower head in one spot. There was also a pool on the property which was nice until all the parents let the children do as they pleased, as they did their own thing, - then the older group left."

"Pluses: Accommodation was comfortable though basic. Kitchen was limited yet functional. Climate control was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the location. Minuses: Keeping the shower from spraying onto the bathroom floor was a challenge. Night stands are small. We would return to Miranove but ask for a room that is not above the tram line, which was a little noisy."
