"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. "I was able to check in early and the lovely Spanish receptionist was lovely. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The breakfast was very nice and the rooftop bar provided lovely reviews. The room was perfect. Very comfortable.

"Excellent receptionist who was very friendly and welcoming. She explained everything very clearly, including the attended swimming pool opening hours, and we can't praise her enough. We managed to find ourselves locked out of the hotel after reception opening hours, but the telephone hotline operator was very forthcoming and able to help us without much ado.
