"Great stay in Grand Rapids! Stayed here during the Ionia Freak Fair. Room and hotel were clean. All the staff were super friendly. Very conventionally located to the interstate, shopping, restaurants and dispensaries. I typically refuse housekeeping during hotel stays because of a previous bad experience. Someone did come in while I was gone to make the bed, take trash and leave fresh towels despite the do not disturb sign being on the door. Weirded me out a bit, but it wasn’t a big deal as none of my belongings were disturbed and I hadn’t specifically requested no housekeeping during my stay. Overall highly recommend this hotel!"
