I feel like you can never gobwrong with an IHG hotel. Our stay was wonderful. My kids had a blast in the very clean pool and jacuzzi. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the staff was excellent! We would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

The hotel was clean, large parking lot, friendly efficient desk clerks & housekeeping staff. Wonderful spacious & clean room with the most comfortable bedding! Quiet area. Restaurants & shopping nearby. Would highly reccomend & will stay again when in the area!

Great hotel for a night

I even got in at midnight, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean from start to finish, there was a variety of breakfast in the morning, and I felt safe.

Had a nice breakfast buffet. Had posting on the wall quiet time tarted at 10 pm. There were people letting their kids up and diwn the halls paat midnight. Some parents need kearn how to respect others.

Nice suburban area convenient to everyone. Clean. What I did not like- I booked it partially because of the pool and hot tub option. Then the website said they were not available. Didn't bring my swimsuit and it was available so I was disappointed on that. Otherwise everything was fine.

There was a bug in the shower in the morning. Thought nothing of it and rinsed it down the train. As Im waiting my uber to arrive I see a GIANT spider on the wall of the lobby. I told concierge and they laughed it off. Literally, went up to it, laughed and walked away. I thought that was odd and left. When I got back to my room, there 4 ROACHES crawling up the curtain. Needless to say, I freaked out. I had just received my food delivery and sat down to eat. Instead I had to move to the 3rd floor. The response from concierge this time was “weird, we haven’t had bug at all this year” Not “I’m sorry, that’s horrific” They just moved to me another room. I was not able to sleep because I kept thinking there were probably roaches in every room. It was absolutely disgusting. Clearly they have a bug problem. I would not touch the breakfast either. I have pictures but there isn’t anywhere for me to attach them. Will never stay here again and recommend anyone else does either. I should also add that the thermostat in the 2nd room didnt work and the AC wouldn’t turn off so I unplugged it. It was 62 degrees. I didnt mention it because I just badly wanted out.

No food available at 8 am for breakfast. It was announced that some additional food was being prepared and it would be available in 15 minutes and once that was gone, breakfast would be over well ahead of the scheduled period advertised. Disappointing.
