We provide coffee, tea, and sweets to start your day and take care of the little details to make you feel at home.

We are thrilled to have you stay and let us share a little Grand Rapids love. You'll have this spacious 880 sq ft main floor suite all to yourself.
Enjoy a large open floor plan with tons of natural light and relax in the 1 bedroom with queen bed , large living area, private office, gourmet kitchen with large island, full bathroom, laundry room, private patio, quiet back yard and sitting porch.

Private parking in available in the driveway for tenant, or on street parking is usually open directly in front of the house.

We provide a clean hospitable environment with everything you need for your stay so you can pack light, relax, and let us take care of the details while you enjoy this premier location of GR.
