If you are looking for a place to clean and affordable place to sleep this is for you. Very basic. No breakfast. Did not have housekeeping on the first of a 2 night stay but there is nothing to complain about. Would stay again.

For a over night stay I would say it's a nice place and it's affordable. It's close to the John Ball Zoo and close to the botanical gardens.
