I needed a place that allowed my dogs. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. They gave me a room on the ground floor as I requested. Most likely stay there again if needed.

Management was great, our room had an issue with the water and they transfered us to another room fairly fast. I would suggest bringing your own pillows because they are a little worn out. Very clean and hardwood flooring in the rooms we had. Would stay again though.

The room was surprising nice. It was clean and quiet. They offer no ammenities, but i dont usually expect that anyway. The real negative was the bath linens. Towels had several tears. I shared this with the manager who apologized and assured me he'd take care of that in the future.

We are vendors at the Grand River fall craft show and have stayed here the past 2 years. We feel very safe and the rooms are comfortable and very clean. The man at the front desk, which I assume is the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful and wants your stay to be a good one.
