"I was a solo traveller and found the bed to be very soft, I prefer a harder mattress. They put me on a floor with wedding guests. Well I was up until 3:00 am with them because they were partying in the hallways. When I told the staff they said “well they are just celebrating their wedding”. Well maybe don’t put your solo travellers on the same floor. No sleep was had"

"I would have given 5 stars for everything but my bedding had to be changed as they had some sort of grit on the sheets and stain that looked like blood. They said that it just came out of the wash and couldn’t understand what happened. They changed the sheets and comforter with no problem and they also lined me an iPhone charger cause mine stopped working which was nice of them. Overall they were very accommodating, understanding, friendly and helpful."
