"Room was cute and had most items a "regular" hotel room would have. Great location for where we were going as well; right by the Grand River. Unfortunately it was -20 that day and the room was not appropriately heated for our arrival. Washroom was 14 and main room was 16, and it took 4+ hours to get the heat up using the gas fireplace. We changed our plans so we were out of the room as it was just too cold. Response from our contact re: heat wasn't great either. "
