We absolutely loved this hotel even though it is quite away from the center of Como. Great, modern, very spacious rooms. Huge table with chairs in the common area, sofa. Super comfortable and relaxing. Super clean rooms, towels are nice and soft, and thick. The deco is great as well, very very pleasing ))). We had 2 bedrooms, one was separate. Hotel has a public transportation literally across the street which is very convenient. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough but I didn’t mind it. The wifi was fine and the hotel managed was pretty nice. The hotel was very clean as well

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Loved the Juliet balcony onto the square.

For a small hotel, this has the feeling of a large luxury resort. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcomed and at home. I was truly so pleasantly surprised by this place and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the beautiful Lake Como. No need for water views; this hotel has everything you could ever want.

This hotel was one of two unexpected gems. I cannot stress this enough, people. GO here. And get a room with a lake view. Pay extra for it if you have to, it's SO worth it. This has been characterized as a highway hotel and it may so but it's definitely much more than that. Rooms are ample and very comfortable, and clean. Hotel staff is always ready to help. Located next to a highway it allows for easy access to Como, Lecco, Milan or any other place in Lombardy. You do need a car though, but there's a train station a 20-minute walk away. Clean, very convenient location. Close to shops, restaurants. Just 10 min walk from train station with trains to Milan. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. If you do not want stay in a big crowded city and be close to everything at the same time, then this is the best choice.

The location of this hotel is amazing! Right on the water with breathtaking views. Also has onsite parking and a great breakfast buffet available.

We chose this hotel for its location near the Como San Giovanni railroad station, and because it is one of the more affordable yet good-quality hotels in this expensive resort town.
