PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is."

"We had a wonderful week at Villa Moiacchina. Is the perfect place for discovering the region around lake Como and Milano. The Villa has everything you need: a kitchen with all the things you need to cook by yourself, a bath with a whirlpool and a great garden area with pool and whirlpool and a fence all around. "The location is beautiful, right by the lake and there is BBQ, garden, all cooking utensils etc! Probably need 2 more drinking mugs and we can’t find any ironing facilities! The shower room needs a shelf or cupboard to put things on but all in all, we are very happy and thank you for letting us stay! "

It’s is big enough for a small family but a bit more cutterly and glasses would be nice otherwise you are washing up right after every meal. The hosts are very friendly!!"
