Great food at the restaurant. Our room was super dusty on almost every surface. Toilet paper in the toilet on arrival. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Loews Kansas City Hotel
Great overall experience, every staff member that we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. We forgot one minor toiletry item, called down to reception to inquire if they happen to have what we neede and it was delivered to our door, free of charge within about 5 minutes.

This house was a disappointment. Listing notes hottub, pool, and breakfast included- none were true. House smelled noxious the minute we walked in.
