"Well-located efficient studio with delightful staff (especially Javier & Maria). Plenty to walk to in the area. The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! Would absolutely stay there again. "

"My stay at Ruby was nothing short of amazing. The staff were all wonderful from the check-in to the bartenders. The server was really quick and efficient. The drinks were bomb. The room was very clean and accommodating. Every floor has a Gallery which I used everyday. I can keep going but just know this is the place to stay."

It is listed as a 4 star hotel but there are no staff, barely any ameneties and the room we stayed in was tiny, with the double bed squashed against the window so I had to climb over my partner and the sink in the bedroom. TV was hung on the wall at the bottom of the bed, it didn't work and was incredibly dusty behind. We would not stay here again."

It's gorgeous and grand, with beautiful grounds worth wandering, excellent dining, and comfortable rooms (probably the best hotel bed I've ever slept in), and the staff was amazing. We felt like royalty, with every request being catered to immediately. Granted, it's not near much and far from the bustling center of Dublin, but that was a good thing for us -- we had our adventures during the day and took a quick bus ride south that dropped us practically at the gates, where we slipped back into our own tranquil haven. St. Helen's is honestly one of the best hotels my family and I have ever visited; we can't stop talking about it, even now that we're back home."
