Couples Negril All Inclusive

"We’ve been to other Couples Properties and always have had a great time. When we booked we did realize that it was “hurricane season”, but if i would have known that because of the low occupancy things would be different at the resort i might have thought twice about booking. First, not all the buildings were open. They said they were using the slow time to do some refreshing of some of the rooms. Our dinner choices at night were also limited due to the low occupancy (not all of the restaurants were open). A lot of the activities during the day didn’t happen. It took 3 calls to the front desk to have someone come and stock our mini bar. That being said, the beach is absolutely beautiful. The pool and swim up bar were great. For the most part the people were friendly. Our room was as expected. However it wasn’t really beachfront, it was more beach side view. I’m not saying that i wouldn’t go back, i just would go back at the end of August. I would like to see what the resort is like during the high season before i make my final decision."

"Everything was great. Just didn’t like how they give you resort credit that you couldn’t use towards anything. They told me only $20 could be used of the resort credit towards a massage but even after mentioning and making sure the massage was one I can use the credit towards they manage to still charge me the regular price."

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa All Inclusive

"We stayed on the Lady Hamilton side of the resort for our 50th Anniversary. It’s not a five star resort but it is a very nice resort. Lots of options for eating but be wary that some restaurants can be closed on certain nights. Also there are no elevators so be prepared to do 2-3 flights of steps in the buildings. Also be sure to check out Sunset Cove, the little hidden beach area. It’s very shaded and very secluded beach area with towel hut, Jerk Chicken Hut and boats and water boating options. It’s also the location of their Mediterranean Restaurant. We had a great time."

"An older resort, but we had a wonderful time. Restaurant served three meals a day and all were delicious. Not a huge menu but sufficient options for everyone. The staff was vey friendly and kind. Pools were very nice. We would definitely return."
