Azul Beach Resort Negril, Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma

"Absolutely loved this resort! We had a premium swim out and it was perfect! Our kids ages 11 and 14 loved it as well! Any complaints you see it is from people expecting Sandals…… or the Four Seasons……. or upset it is no longer an adult only property. We knew exactly what to expect and beyond thrilled with everything. You cannot beat the location on Seven Mile beach! Swim out is amazing being steps from the incredible beach! You will not regret booking here! Honestly I’m not sure if we want to go anywhere else now. We have been to many islands and resorts and this was exactly what we were looking for! No stress…. No reservations needed at restaurants….. no towel cards needed to get towels…… no having to get up early to get a chair…… pool right out your door right by a perfect beach! My kids said the coffee bar was better than Starbucks! The good definitely outweighs any negatives…. People will complain about anything. Just know what you’re booking and know this is not Sandals…. I have stayed at Sandals and I will tell you Azul was perfect for our family."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton! The resort was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. From the restaurants to the overall service, everything was well organized and enjoyable. I genuinely felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton and look forward to visiting again!"

Hôtel offrant plusieurs activités (sportives, divertissement, relaxation, etc.), mais également possible d’avoir des coins tranquilles pour relaxer (une piscine réservée à une zone silencieuse, coin tranquille sur la plage). Super belle plage, bonne nourriture. Super service de divertissement."

"We’ve been to other Couples Properties and always have had a great time. When we booked we did realize that it was “hurricane season”, but if i would have known that because of the low occupancy things would be different at the resort i might have thought twice about booking. First, not all the buildings were open. They said they were using the slow time to do some refreshing of some of the rooms. Our dinner choices at night were also limited due to the low occupancy (not all of the restaurants were open). A lot of the activities during the day didn’t happen. It took 3 calls to the front desk to have someone come and stock our mini bar. That being said, the beach is absolutely beautiful. The pool and swim up bar were great. For the most part the people were friendly. Our room was as expected. However it wasn’t really beachfront, it was more beach side view. I’m not saying that i wouldn’t go back, i just would go back at the end of August. I would like to see what the resort is like during the high season before i make my final decision."
