"The room was really clean however the storage space for clothes kinda smelled a little funny from previous users l'm not sure what that's about but otherwise I had a blast. The views from the beach during sunset was unforgettable the sand it so soft and the waves are gentle and relaxing 😌"

"Family of 4 review. Princess Grand Jamaica is the best resort we have ever stayed at. The platinum package is worth every dollar, and the swim out room was excellent. This resort is so clean and pristine. The food was amazing across every course. The staff bends over backwards for you. Evon and Patrice were our butlers for the week and made the 7 day experience a memory we will never forget. This resort is a must try once."

"The resort is intimate, easy to find restrooms, restaurants, lobby. We stayed the week of 8/8 through 8/16, low occupancy. There was plenty of space on this beautiful beach to set up your personal heaven. We have been to many resorts; this is where Couples seperates themselves, the key bracelet, no door key card they you have to keep track of!! No dumb towel card, that you have to turn in to get fresh towels and at checkout time. No towel drama at all, grab and leave your towels, go get fresh ones, excellent. We upgraded to a suite, my god, the best room we have had in 20 years of travel. We would always get a standard room and save money. This room was worth the budget buster, pure pleasure. Staff, very attentive to everything you need and the people of Jamaica aways show respect and love even through the hardest of times. Front desk excellent efficiency, check in was a breeze. The food was very good. There are always some food items that miss the mark, for the most part very good. food temperature, excellent, texture and taste were on point. Now that I am home, have to catch up with all those others who have mastered the year after year repeat stays at Couples Negril!!"

"The cottage-style design aligns with the name, restful and elegant. Rooms are very comfortable with locally-made bamboo-frame beds. Bathroom finished to a high standard. Free Jamaican breakfast the best anywhere, served (as is dinner) by a staff reflecting what is obviously an enlightened management. Beach arrangement of loungers, trees and sun shades the best along the strip, the cottages set back far enough from the sea to allow ample space. Grounds very well kept. Our second stay -we shall return"

"This was our first time at this resort. The property has a wonderful feel, set in the Montego Bay area. The location is spacious and the views are both stunning and gorgeous!! The beach is small but the beach access is extremely easy. The amenities are wonderful, and the entertainment is lively and very well-planned. The restaurants offer significant variety and the food is wonderful. But here is the hidden gem - the staff! The staff - customer service staff, restaurant wait staff and housekeeping staff are top notch, professional and very attentive, without being overbearing. This resort is a can’t miss! A true gem of the Caribbean!!!"
