Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

"The view from my Platinum room on the second floor was breathtaking. Looking out at the ocean while reflecting on the Lord was simply amazing! I was so inspired by the experience that I even wrote a book entitled Where the Waves Speak of God. Our butlers, Pierrei (Haitian) and Ricardo, were always there for us and did an excellent job. I also loved having the option to dine at both the Platinum buffet restaurant and the regular buffet restaurant. As someone who is mindful of my blood sugar, I was especially happy to find many blood sugar-friendly choices available. There was one disappointing moment when housekeeping forgot to clean our room. However, as soon as I contacted the front desk, someone came right away. I truly appreciated their prompt response. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful! I am a great lover of palm trees and coconut trees, so I thoroughly enjoyed the surroundings. I truly enjoyed my stay. When it was time to leave, I did not want to go! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Please note that the resort has two sections: Princess Grand Jamaica and Princess Senses The Mangrove."

"This resort is fantastic but personally i feel paying extra to be signature level wasnt really work it. I dont feel like we had and priority when making resturant reservations, because of this we werent able to dine in one of the restaurants on day one, we tried to do the walk up and see if they could get us in and where told to come back at 730, when we did they told us the just took a large group in and couldnt guarantee how long it would take to get service. after traveling all day we just wanted to sit down and eat a good meal. so we left and went to the sports bar, that was a huge mistake. we sat there for 15-20 min and not a single worker came to out take yet 3 or 4 where standing and talking by the bar, and 4 other groups came in and where greeted within 45 seconds. the only difference between us and the other groups is we are white. we finally left after 20 minutes. we decided to try it again a few days later and same situation completely ignored! we just ate off the small buffet and went up to the bar. we where there maybe an hour and not once did someone come to our table. it was like we where completely invisible. this was the only place we were treated like this, everywhere else was fantastic. The main reason why i booked this resort was the spa facility and i was not disappointed! it is absolutely beautiful! i really enjoyed the turkish bath! I did get a massage as well and it was great also! the hibachi and steakhouse where really good, the rest where ok."

"Love this resort. Food was great. Staff friendly and nice. Spa was excellent. I will be coming back. I just think they need brochures for the places and time of everything because the property is so big."

"I enjoyed my stay only complain would be no soap holder in the shower and the sink was too small, prepare to get the floors wet when washing your face. Otherwise I loved it here especially these floating bed things in the beach that makes lounging in the water so fun. Loved it will definitely be back"

"The beach, the sunset, the staff, and even the driver are reasons that this will be my new spot for my Jamaica trips. The good is okay, but as long as I get my oxtail and salt fish and ackee fix I'm a happy woman! I was concerned about the beach being across the street, but it really wasn't an issue or bother. I 100% recommend if you are looking for a quiet safe space to detox from the world and unwind."

"Bed was comfy, but the birds in resort next door made sure to wake us up super early. I simply turned on my little travel white noise maker and it drowned those birds out."
