Sunset at the Palms Resort - Adults Only - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing tree houses in a jungle like environment. Lots of cricket and frog songs at night. The beach has plenty of available shaded spots and lounges all the time. No need to get up at 5am to grab a good spot. Good gym. Amazing woodwork in the resort buildings. On the negative side, the sea was too shallow for me with barriers so people can’t go deeper. The buffet was limited but good. Strangely some walls had paint that was coming off."

"The only disappointment I have was the room. I asked for 2 beds and was brought into a room with a King size bed. When I spoke to the bell hop who called the front desk I was advised that what I asked for is a "request" that means if they had the 2 beds ready I would have go it but they didnt. Other than that I had a good time."

"Bed was comfy, but the birds in resort next door made sure to wake us up super early. I simply turned on my little travel white noise maker and it drowned those birds out."

"The hotel was a beautiful resort, and we absolutely loved our swim-up room! We used the swim up pool everyday! The main pool next to it was also great. The beach wasn’t the best—it was a little rocky to get into, and the water wasn’t clear blue. However, the beach was still decent, and they added more sand toward the end of our stay. The buffet food was alright—not the best, but decent. We really enjoyed some of the restaurants, and the best part was that we didn’t have to make reservations. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the resort!"

"We had a great night at Country Country! We were pleasantly surprised on arrival with a complimentary upgrade. The property is right on the beach so it was a wonderfully charming complement to the rustic decor. The property and grounds were very well maintained. There was a small mix up at the bar and I would recommend that the bar staff be readily available throughout the day. The day was hot and sometimes the bartender was not at his post. Having a permanent presence would be a win for the hotel as well as the guests. I cant wait to visit here again!"

"complimentary drink upon arrival, hospitality was great, everything was on the resort. Staff was kind and caring, we had an issue with our sink and it was resolved before the evening."

"I highly recommend this property! Staff was very nice and helpful. For an all inclusive property the food is amazing. The Japanese restaurant was delicious! I loved the swim up bar however I was disappointed that the dj ends around 5pm daily, That took away from the fun at the pool. I suggest the dj plays at least until sunset. But overall 10/10"

"Una experiencia maravillosa en Samsara. Su ubicación es privilegiada, rodeada de un mar hermoso y aguas ideales para quienes aman el mar, el snorkel y disfrutar de la naturaleza. El lugar transmite mucha tranquilidad y tiene espacios muy lindos para descansar y desconectarse. Queremos destacar especialmente a Tina, una excelente anfitriona, siempre atenta y amable. Su servicio hizo que nuestra estadía fuera aún más especial. Un lugar que recomendamos para quienes buscan tranquilidad, naturaleza y disfrutar de un mar espectacular."
