This fabulous, detached cottage surrounded by woodland boasts an elevated position above the seaside resort of Grange-Over-Sands. With beautiful gardens, an amazing outside space and a private hot tub, you have everything you need for a memorable and relaxing stay.

This stunning property has so many features, you’ll be bowled over from the moment you arrive. The grand entrance hall with sweeping staircase and a mixture of old and new furniture offers a pleasant welcome to all. Comfortably sleeping up to eight guests in four spacious bedrooms, this property offers great flexibility. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished with stylish interior décor, fabrics and furniture. The views from all rooms upstairs look to the gardens and woodland. There’s also a high spec contemporary bathroom with bath and shower. Downstairs is a social hub and leading off the grand entrance you’ll find a dining room with antique furniture and a spacious living room with easy seating, large windows, and a Smart TV. The kitchen/dining room is very modern and provides everything you need for cooking up a feast. Outside is perfect for relaxing in the garden or dining al-fresco, you can take a soak in the hot tub, it’s like having your own private paradise.

Grange-Over-Sands is within walking distance down Hampsfell Road or a short taxi ride back if you’re full! It has a range of coffee shops, cafés and restaurants and a peaceful vibe as well as a good range of shops for stocking up on the essentials. This coastal resort offers stunning views across Morecambe Bay to Arnside and Silverdale with the tides changing the landscape throughout the day. You are only a short car journey to Cartmel with its delightful priory and home to its famous sticky toffee pudding. The Southern tip of Windermere, where you can join the Lakeside and Haverthwaite steam railway to visit the Lakeland Motor Museum. Or why not take a Windermere Lake Cruise to Bowness or Ambleside. If you love the outdoors, this offers a great base to explore much of The South Lakes including Hawkshead, Windermere, Coniston and Ulverston is just up the coast.
