"Staff was exceptionally accommodating and helpful! That being said, the hotel(unbeknownst to us until arrival) was having renovations done in various areas. We were told no hot breakfast for a few days. A perk that was listed on the Expedia app. The Hot Tub was out of order. The A/C unit was leaking so bad in the first room that we had to change rooms. Then the room they put my daughter in had a leaking A/C unit as well. She didn't bother moving and just put the ice bucket to catch the water....

"We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Conroe, Texas. The hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that they kept towels available at the pool, which was very convenient and a thoughtful touch. The only downside was that the pool could have been a little cleaner, but it didn't take away from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a positive experience and would...
