"The beds are disgusting and wrapped in PLASTIC, the pillows seemed to be picked up from the street. No towels, no wifi, I felt like sleeping at the cheapest motel ever.
Fortunately we only stayed one night 🙈🙈

"Le ménage n était pas fait à notre arrivée, l appartement sentait extrêmement fort la cigarette, l'immeuble est en travaux à cause des gardes corps trop fragiles, il est donc interdit de sortir sur la terrasse.
Il nous a été impossible d'imaginer rester dans cet appartement mais comme l hôtelier nous a assuré que le ménage avait été fait, ils refusent de nous rembourser. Nous avons pris une vingtaine de photos tres explicites pourtant. Location a fuir, l hotelier est un escroc. "
"Took this just to have a place next to a worksite. Very bad management and wrongful advertisement. Place was full of hair on the floor, extremely dirty, smelly, with a bed that looks used and not changed.
Be careful! This same agency have other “studio to be booked” in the region. All look like scam.
Didn’t stay more than 5 minutes. Requested a reimbursement the next minute I left with picture attached. Shamelessly saying I can’t have any reimbursement 5 days later…

"The hotel is centered around their restaurant which superb.
Also the breakfast is unconventional and made of the finest ingredients.
The spa is small but lovely and made with the finest taking care of details.
A place which is a true delight "
"We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a fairly low key hotel in a low key town but very peaceful and friendly. The owners are very family focussed and there is a children’s toy area in the corner of the small restaurant. There’s a boot room downstairs for storing ski gear (and I believe my bikes in the summer). The set and a la carte menus are good if limited in choice which suited us. It’s necessary to book…as is the case with anywhere in Termignon and the other Val Cenis villages. "
"This hotel is awful and disgusting; the smell of mold and dust instantly chokes you as you enter. The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold. The bathroom is designed in such a way that even with a heater, the shower remains freezing cold. The room had a full kitchen, but not a single piece of cutlery or utensils, and our request to be provided with any kind of dish had been denied, as apparently we were not allowed to use the...

"Very close to lift with great dining option nearby. Breakfast was great! Ski rental site on-site and they store your stuff for you so just drop skis at door. We thoroughly enjoyed hot tub/sauna/steam room. Would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately, the two best rooms with balcony I was told were smaller. We had 3 in each room so opted for 2 biggest. It is a very short walk to lift, don’t think there is a closer hotel in 1850. "
"We really enjoyed our stay. The room includes all the necessities and met our needs for two people for a week. This is a good room if you plan to explore and not spend a lot of time in the room. Expectations should be set for a 2 star hotel, room conditions and cleanliness could be better, but there is a lot of value here because the location is premium and there is a lot included in the stay. "
"Our arrival was smooth and we had a fantastic room on the 4th floor where we could lie in bed and look at the snow all the way up to Saulire. In the morning we were out onto the Jardin Alpine and can ski right back to the hotel"
"We were obviously not as impressed with this apartment as some other guests. The location is fine but the lift it is close to is just a service lift that gives you access to the main lift. There is no welcome pack or nice touches to get you started, just whatever has been left by previous guests. Be aware, bed linen and towels are not included so you need to sort that out.It was OK for two adults and two teenagers but the bedroom with four bunks is just a narrow rectangle and not really a pleasant space to be in. I just cannot imagine what this apartment woud be like for 8 people. I would suggest 6 is more than enough and even then 4 of them would be in bunks.Bathroom and toilet are dated and typically french with no handbasin in the toilet.Kitchen, dining and living area are modern, well equipped and very nice. There is no facility to play music and there are no international TV channels, just french. Good selection of board games available.Overall, we had a good holiday and the apartment served its ourpose but we would no rebook.gives you rises "
"The property is excellent.!! Everything is walking distance. The breakfast that they bring you in the morning is fabulous.!!! The only thing I was disappointed was that when I did the check I was told that I had €200 in spa facility. I purchased swimsuits and in checkout I was told that the swimming wear were not allowed inthis spa purchase. I wish I was told that before. "
