"This was a lovely stay! We were in town for a wedding, and mostly I was just looking for a place to sleep afterwards. However, we fell in love with this spot! It's beautifully decorated and everything is meant to make you feel at home in your own castle. Everything was sparkling clean and well thought out. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"Security is at an all-time low at this location. The peephole looks good from the outside of the door. However, there is only one entrance lock, no secondary lock, room is located outside without safety of being enclosed in main building, room has an offending odor. I immediately canceled reservation after only being in room for 3 minutes - clerk understood my complaints, but did not offer substitute solution. A disappointing example of Wyndham hotels. "The hotel it self was excellent. The stay was good. Biggest issue was the Breakfast. Nothing was prepared and ready. Had no milk for Granddaughter's cereal. No syrup for waffles. The person who was running the morning shift at Breakfast was so ill prepared. Just overall ruined our stay. Never again. Never received an apology from no one when told about all."

"The room was spacious, clean and quiet, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was average. The eggs were hot and cooked perfectly but the potatoes were room temp. Kudos on the plastic ware (very sturdy), cannot express how nice it is to use plastic ware that doesn't bend/break with use. Orange juice was syrup like on the bottom of the cup. The room could use some maintenance as the ceramic coating in the bathroom sink is all cracked. And lastly, a night lite in the bathroom would be great! Overall, the room was definitely worth the price and I would stay again."

"We showed up to check in and was told that the elevator broke down so everybody was on the first and second floor then about an hour after check-in the fire alarms went off in the building and we had to evacuate because someone put toast in the toaster and the toaster caught on fire so the whole downstairs area where we were on floor one smelled of burnt toast all night. It had been a worker that caused the toaster because the breakfast area was closed off to everyone else. There was never an apology to anyone or asking if anyone needed anything or if we were OK. The two workers that I saw there were outside. I never saw anyone check on the people that were staying there or make sure that everyone that was staying there was out of the building."

"I arrived at 1 pm. I called great wolf a few days before and they new we would arrive early. I was supposed to get a text when my room was ready. Everyone that checked in at 1 pm, got there room before us. The check in time is 4pm. I had to go to the desk at 440pm to ask when my room would be ready and suddenly it was ready. I was tired and wanted to change. My kids wanted to go and eat. When we finally arrived into our room. My son was showering the only light flickered off, it scared him and he screamed. My daughter had to use the light of my cell phone to shower but in the middle the light came back on. The bathroom is pitch dark without a light. My son could not see and slipped coming out of the tub, trying to get out. All can say was the staff was nice. I am not sure I will be back."

"All staff I dealt with were great especially the two managers that were on duty. Renovations look decent but you can tell it’s cheaper furniture. Floors in the room were not very clean in some spots, and the top on the bed was dirty. Their “brand standard” breakfast is a major letdown, boring and not appetizing. You can tell the switch the a Comfort is making the hotel run down. You can tell they need some touch up maintenance in the rooms due to the renovation's. Stayed here about 2 years ago and it’s definitely changed the standards they hold."

"Room was very clean and the night staff young ladies were very helpful and a delight. The breakfast was exceptional and the lady keeping the food stock for breakfast was very efficient she did not miss a beat. Would definitely stay there again. Plus is around any and everything"
