Très mauvaise expérience.
À mon arrivée, l'hôtel m'a affirmé qu'Expedia avait annulé ma réservation à 13 h 08. J'ai immédiatement contacté Expedia, qui m'a confirmé que ma réservation n'avait jamais été annulée et qu'elle était toujours active dans leur système.
Expedia a également tenté de joindre l'hôtel à deux reprises, sans obtenir de réponse. De plus, leur agente m'a indiqué que l'hôtel avait déjà encaissé le paiement de ma nuit. Malgré cela, l'hôtel a refusé de me remettre...
