"Great stay Need more heat in space where pool is during winter! Front staff, cleaning staff, breakfast staff all excellent and friendly. Quiet the majority of the time. Desk chair broken by another resident but was replaced. Great stay! Very clean! And hallway deodorizer was wonderful."

"Host was great with communicating. However it snowed while we were there and no one came ever came to lay salt or shovel. I was in town for my daughters cheer competition so i had to come in and out a lot. The property itself was small and cute. Just needs a detailed cleaning on light fixtures and shower water goes from hot to cold 6 times within a single shower use. Oh the snacks were plus so thank you for that! My daughter was happy when we arrived late from the comps n the snacks were on the table. "

"The house was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was was stocked with everything we needed - towels, shampoo, soap, coffee, water, soda, snacks….Kitchen was great to cook a meal in. Great location to surrounding sites. The hot tub was fantastic. Nichole was very accommodating and answered all of our questions promptly. "

"My husband and I stayed here for our 7 day vacation on the CT/RI coast. The house was the perfect place for us to explore the area. Joanne has provided a lovely house with attention to detail in decorating and instructions for the stay. The area is very quiet, I walked every morning and rarely saw more than a couple of cars on the road. Joanne was very responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this VRBO. "
