"Clean rooms but we stayed for four nights and they told us we were only entitled to get one pack of coffee kit for the stay, which by the way is for one day. The iron had burnt stains, we contacted the front desk for a replacement...never received. The lighting at the sink is TERRIBLE so ladies be warned...bad for makeup. Also we were given a different room from the one we booked on expedia (bad idea) with no explanation."

"The quality of the room in terms of being clean and visually esthetic was excellent. In addition to it, the customer service was amazing. We had to be in the airport at 5am and the shuttle of the hotel picked us on time and gave us an excellent service."
