"We both loved our stay at the Queensbury hotel! The room was spotless and very nicely decorated. The pool, hot tub and the gym were well kept with good quality treadmills and ample weights to workout. Water and towels were provided. We would definitely go back."

"While booking the room. Expedia changed the date. I should have reviewed it but it was Thursday night and I was tired. I clicked go and then reallized I just booked a hotel 3 hours away for that night, not Saturday as it read when I started the booking. Tried to cancel but it was too latesince it was present time. I contacted expedia texted with a robot for 15 min then got a real person texting. Was told it was the hotels policy and nothing expedia could do. I left a message with the hotel. A woman from the hotel called me Friday morning and said she would cancel my payment for me. Unfortunately the money was put into my expedia account for future use. So 5 for the hotel & its staff. 0 for expedia for its crappy website and unwillingness to try to get my money back."
