We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Kent Island Marina. This is our second time staying at this hotel and plan to come back next year. Unfortunately, our first night , we were met with a dirty spread and one of the beds had ll inening under the bed draping down.

Overall, the hotel was clean. Our room was clean as well. The staff were polite and friendly. There was no fan/vent in our bathroom. Our room is right next to a bar. There was so much noise coming from the bar at night thus, making it difficult for us to sleep. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast (ordered from the menu not buffet) was really good. If you stay at the Hilton in Kent Island, please avoid room 107 or asked for a discounted rate if you don't mind the noise

Checked in was quick and efficient. Stayed in two room suite. The suite was designated as a easy access or hand or handicap suite . The bathroom of the suite was handicapped accessible except for the shower/bath which only had a hands assist rails. It was not a walk-in shower. The suite was indicated as having a balcony with Bayview. The problem was there was a tree growing which obstructed 90% of the view of the bay. Other than that it was fine. Housekeeping is every other day . Check out again. Is quick and efficient.
