About this property

Mountain Getaway, just 6 miles away from town!

  • Our house sits on 5 acres with expansive views of the mountains. Perfect getaway with friends and family and reconnect with nature but still close to town. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom are very spacious, the sunroom has a queen bed that is perfect for stargazing. The oversize deck and the fully equipped chef's kitchen will not disappoint!

    EV charger on site. Large oversize driveway for convenient and private access for your SUV, Trucks, RV and/or sporting activity vehicles like boats and side by sides. .

    We are about 6 miles away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City.

    Rollins lake, Yuba River, and Scott’s Flat are close by too! If you are adventurous there’s plenty of hiking, mountain biking, and swimming close by.

    We are about an hour from Donner Lake, Truckee, and Tahoe.
