Das Achtentalresort ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen und bietet viel Komfort. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das gebuchte Zimmer sollte eine Klimaanlage haben, dies war nicht der Fall, obwohl bei expedia angegeben ist dass alle Zimmer eine Klimaanlage haben. Wir reklamierten das Zimmer und bekammen ein neues Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Das Hauskeeping war leider nachlässig, wir mussten jeden Tag Dinge reklamieren, da Handtücher, Gläser vergessen wurden oder die Badewanne nicht sauber gemacht worden war. Man entschuldigte sich dafür und gab Personalmangel und Krankenstand als Grund an. Die Restaurants im Hotel sind sehr gut, besonders den weißen Hirschen und das Sternerestaurant essenz möchte ich positiv hervorheben.

Super Hotel und sehr nettes Personal. Sogar Fahrräder für Erwachsene gab es zu leihen. Fast nichts zu bemängeln. Vielleicht einzig nur das TV im Zimmer war nicht der Beste und es fehlten Sender. Aber den brauchte man fast nicht in dieser schönen Gegend.

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel, was momentan in Teilen renoviert wird, aber ohne Baulärm. Großzügige Ablage mit tollem Spabereich ( Sauna , großes Hallenbad , Aussenpool und Fitnessraum) Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstücksbuffet! Ein Stern weniger wegen der Lage des Zimmers inkl. Balkon sowie der zeitweisen Geruchsbelästigung im Bad vermutlich durch die Abwasserleitung.
