"Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. "Bom hotel, o problema é o responsável pela recepção, pois não ficou claro que não há recepção no local e o atendimento pelo telefone é péssimo, pessoa sem o mínimo de educação, desligou a ligação 3 vezes. Nesse caso segue um agradecimento ao Hotéis.com, que entraram em Contato com essa pessoa e resolveu o problema. Em relação ao hotel bom quarto, mas fica num andar alto e o elevador é um negócio adaptado. "
