"Great and modern hotel.
GOOD:
- amazing breakfast
- large rooms with balcony and mountain view
- lot's of parking / garage and front of hotel
- friendly stuff
BAD:
- if you like a coffee after breakfast the charges are extremely high (you get it from the same machine where you get your morning coffee for free)
- charges in general for drinks are very high
- they don't take American Express "

"Was told Expedia overcharged by a huge amount. Was told that using the spa would cost an extra €50 per room although Expedia declared this as included. Motion sensor, light in roomcomes on throughout the night, the front desk is aware of this, but hasn’t done anything about it. Rooms extremely hot with no fans and no AC. How is this a four star hotel?"
